a. Facial Image Data

• When you choose to take a selfie within the App, we collect and temporarily store that image.

• These images are processed using a third-party SDK provider, to evaluate non-medical skin features such as hydration, texture, pigmentation, and pores.

• Facial images are used solely for cosmetic analysis and to generate a Glow Score and product or routine recommendations.

• Images and data are stored securely as long as necessary in order to provide critical functionality enabling you to track your progress, goal analysis and personalized recommendations.

• You may request deletion of your facial image data at any time by contacting info@nuraskin.ai.
  

b. Contact Information

• We may collect your email address or phone number when you register, sign up for updates, or reach out for support.

• This information is used for communication, support responses, and, if you opt in, promotional content.
  

c. Skincare Profile Data

• You may optionally provide details such as your skin type, concerns (e.g., dryness, blemishes), lifestyle factors, or preferred products to help us personalize your skincare plan.

• This data enhances your user experience but is not required to use the App.
  

d. Device & Usage Data

• We may collect non-identifying information such as device type, operating system version, app usage patterns, session length, and crash logs to improve app functionality and performance.

• Facial images and data is retained as needed for provide you with critical in-app functionality.

• Other personal data (e.g., email, preferences) is retained as long as your account is active.

• Your data is deleted anonymized as soon as it is no longer serviced in one of the above mentioned purposes and in any event no later than three (3) years after your interaction with our app.
